I can highly recommend MorganDickson Architecture. I found Mat and Rhiannon highly professional, generous with
their time and skills and flexible as our needs changed. They know how to liaise with all the local authorities which
really relieved us of a lot of pressure. As we were building during the Covid-19 pandemic when building costs were
soaring, we had to make many compromises. They were able to lead us through this process with practical advice
and source contractors who gave us good prices. As a result we have a beautiful extension which is beneficial not
only to our members but the local community as well.
Matt helped us twice.. For our first build, he gave us a crash course in Architecture, and we went on to design the
building ourselves. ‘Fortunately’ our first house burnt down and with it our (6th build) rookie mistakes. For our
rebuild we enlisted Matt for the whole journey, and his experience has been invaluable. We have developed a truly
fantastic result, which only comes with critical analysis at every juncture. This does increase planning time, and
therefore cost, but if you are seeking a premium result, then Matt certainly has the skills and experience necessary
for such an outcome. I would say Matt is particularly strong in the functional and performance design components
of an effective building.

Matthew designed the addition to our house which we completed December 2016. He was skilled at understanding our brief and

Matt came up with a concept that we would never have thought of. It was a tricky block of land that sloped and fell away and we

extremely patient with us and our idiosyncrasies and offered very considered and practical ideas to get the best out of limited
